Cancellation Policy In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice should you need to cancel, reschedule, or significantly modify your appointment. Appointments booked without a deposit: Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or significantly altered with less than 72 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid prior to booking future appointments. Appointments secured with a deposit: If a deposit was collected to secure your appointment and the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or significantly altered with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and will no longer be applied toward the service total. All deposits are nonrefundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service total and must be paid prior to booking future appointments. Adjusting your service or canceling a portion of your scheduled services without proper notice will result in the same cancellation penalties outlined above. Tardiness I offer a grace period of up to 15 minutes for tardiness. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. Appointments that are canceled, rescheduled, or significantly adjusted due to tardiness will be treated as a same-day cancellation and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture. Hair Extension Deposits Hair extension deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Refunds & Service Adjustments I strive to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you experience any concerns regarding your cut, color, or extensions, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I am happy to make reasonable adjustments to address the issue at no additional charge. I do not offer refunds on services rendered. All deposits are nonrefundable. Children For the safety and comfort of all guests, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Consistent cancellations, rescheduling, excessive tardiness, or repeated last-minute appointment changes may result in the inability to book future appointments.
